Which ones were your favorites?

If you’re in the mood for an Open House or home tour, contact a local Redfin agent.  I recently went to a Redfin event, and the gentleman who spoke said you can visit five homes in one day, or if you’re really ambitious, you can visit two hundred homes!  Probably not in one day, but maybe in the course of a few days.

Whatever your decision, whether you are touring homes virtually or in person, I hope you are relaxing this weekend, enjoying some time off work, and enjoying time with someone you love.

Stage 1: “We are so excited!!!” You are past the part where you figure out how much home you can afford and now it is time to shop! The budget and the money are all set.  While you’re busy on Instagram and Pinterest feeling euphoric and there are sugar gumdrops all over the place in your head. I thought they all still lived at home? Turns out our vision of millennials may be changing. Some of them, after all, are 35 years old.
